Manila, Dec. 10 -- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has suspended and summoned the owners of three vehicles allegedly involved in a street race and a crash in Quezon City on Monday.

In a statement on Wednesday, the LTO said it sent show cause orders (SCO) to the registered owners and drivers of a Toyota Fortuner, a Ford Raptor, and a Toyota Hilux involved in the incident along E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue adjacent to the St. Luke's Medical Center in Barangay Kalusugan, Quezon City.

Based on a dashcam footage and an investigation by the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Traffic Sector 4, the Toyota Fortuner was driving at high speed on the wrong side of the road when it crashed into a Yamaha Mio Aerox motorcycle.
