Manila, Jan. 20 -- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Tuesday suspended the license of a driver of a government vehicle who assaulted an e-bike driver, as shown in a video that went viral on social media.

In a statement, LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao, said a show cause order (SCO) was immediately issued to the driver of a Toyota Innova with red plate SNN 1004 and the government agency that owns the vehicle.
