Manila, May 16 -- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has summoned the driver and registered owner of a Toyota Vios involved in multiple and subsequent crashes in Noveleta, Cavite on Thursday.

In a statement on Friday, LTO chief Assistant Secretary Vigor Mendoza II said a show cause order (SCO) has been issued to the male owner of the sedan and the female driver of the vehicle at the time of the incident.

"We were informed that the female driver lost her consciousness as a result of this incident. We want to know what happened, and in the meantime that investigation is being conducted, her driver's license is preventively suspended for 90 days," Mendoza said.
