Manila, Feb. 4 -- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has partnered with the Legacy College of Compostela (LCC) in Davao de Oro province to provide free driving education and permits to its students and faculty as part of its Strengthening Advocacy for Future Educators and Drivers (SAFE) schools initiative.
In a statement on Tuesday, LTO chief Assistant Secretary Vigor Mendoza II said the partnership aims to maximize the coverage of road safety education and to emphasize among the youth the importance of responsible and disciplined driving.
