Manila, Jan. 14 -- The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Tuesday suspended a vehicle and ordered compulsory drug testing for a driver of a ride-hailing service following a sexual harassment complaint.

In a statement, LTFRB Chair Vigor Mendoza II said Green and Smart Mobility Philippines, Inc. (Green GSM) was ordered to present the driver who was the subject of a viral post from a passenger.

In the post, the Green GSM driver repeatedly asked a female passenger inappropriate questions and suggested rerouting around C5 road, repeatedly slowing down the vehicle.

The passenger was eventually able to go home but was traumatized by the incident.
