MANILA, June 18 -- The Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) has resumed full operation after a comprehensive repair and assessment brought on by an electrical fault located between the Redemptorist-Aseana Station and Baclaran Station.

In a statement, the Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) -- the private operator of LRT-1 -- said full operations resumed at 5:38 p.m.

"Trains are now running from Fernando Poe Jr. Station to Dr. Santos Station and vice versa," it said.

The repairs and assessments were made by the LRMC's Engineering and Maintenance Team.
