Manila, Sept. 4 -- A lone bettor from San Fernando, La Union is the first jackpot winner of the Lotto games since the start of community quarantine measures in mid-March that affected the games' operations, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office said Friday.

In an advisory, PCSO general manager Royina Garma said the winner bagged the PHP49-million jackpot prize in Thursday night's Lotto 6/42 draw.

The lucky bettor guessed the winning combination 03-11-06-19-33-10 with a jackpot prize of exactly PHP 49,707,326.

To claim his/her check, the bettor must go to PCSO's main office in Mandaluyong City and present the winning ticket and two ID cards.
