Manila, July 1 -- Senator Loren Legarda has filed her first 10 priority bills for the 20th Congress, covering education, livelihood, environmental sustainability and social protection for vulnerable sectors.
The measures seek to address urgent needs across multiple sectors, including digital access for students, small business support, climate action, and the protection of women, children, seniors, and informal workers.
"We prioritized these bills as we believe they are timely and that we must act on them immediately to address the pressing needs of our society," Legarda said in a news release Tuesday.
