Manila, Sept. 5 -- Governor Sol Aragones has launched the "Isumbong Mo Kay Gob" program, establishing 24/7 help desks in eight district hospitals and the provincial hospital to streamline transactions and provide immediate response to patients and health workers.
The initiative, rolled out on September 8, deploys 90 newly hired help desk officers who will be stationed in emergency rooms, outpatient departments, and hospital lobbies.
Provincial Information Officer Danilo Lucas said the officers will provide round-the-clock service in three shifts, with each desk equipped with a dedicated cellphone for faster communication.
