Manila, June 5 -- The government has prepared various activities, including the provision of free medical services, that the public could avail of in line with the observance of the 127th Independence Day on June 12.
During Bagong Pilipinas Ngayon briefing on Thursday, Eufemio Agbayani III, Historic Sites Development Officer II of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP), said among the highlights include the Klinik Kalayaan on June 10, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the open air auditorium of Rizal Park Luneta.
"This is spearheaded by the Department of Health and other government agencies. It aims to provide free medical services, especially among the underprivileged," he said.
The public is invited to go there, he said....
