Manila, April 14 -- Malacanang on Monday reaffirmed the Marcos administration's commitment to improving food accessibility and affordability, as it welcomed the latest expansion of the Kadiwa ng Pangulo Program, which may reach 1,500 stores nationwide by 2028.
