MANILA, Dec. 23 -- The implementing rules and regulations institutionalizing the updated price ceiling for socialized housing projects in support of the expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program have been released.

Under the IRR, the maximum selling price for socialized subdivision or horizontal housing projects is set at PHP950,000, while socialized condominium or vertical developments may be sold for up to PHP1.8 million.

The updated ceiling reflects current construction and development costs while ensuring that low-income families continue to have access to affordable housing.
