ILOILO CITY, Feb. 8 -- The Iloilo Provincial Health Office (IPHO) has appealed to Ilonggos to be serious in the cleanup campaign amid increasing dengue cases, with four recorded deaths in the province from Jan. 1 to Feb.1.

In a report Friday afternoon, IPHO chief Dr. Maria Socorro Quinon said the Provincial Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit recorded 385 cases, including four deaths over the one-month period, 58 percent higher than the 244 cases with no casualties logged in the same period last year.
