Manila, April 14 -- The local government is calling on all diagnostic clinical laboratories operating within the city without proper accreditation to report to the City Health Office for verification.
Mayor Jerry Trenas released on Monday a list of 44 diagnostic laboratories that have complied with city regulations following an inspection conducted by the Clinical Laboratory Inspection Task Force from March 28 to April 4, 2025.
The task force was created through Executive Order No. 028 in response to alarming reports of laboratories issuing diagnostic results without actual patient specimen collection or with mismatched samples and results.
