Manila, Feb. 19 -- Iloilo City will showcase its heritage houses as it gears up to host the 49th Meeting of the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Economic Integration next week.

In a media interview on Thursday, Mayor Raisa Trenas said hosting the delegations from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) member-countries, including economic ministers, on Feb. 25-27 is one of the most-awaited activities for the city,

She said the local government and the Department of Tourism planned the schedules and the venues to promote.
