MANILA, Nov. 21 -- The Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) on Friday approved the rules for livestreaming its proceedings.

Under the rules, the ICI may order the pixelization of the image of a witness or resource person; muting of the audio output; and/or redaction of documents presented during its proceedings as it may deem necessary to comply with prevailing laws.

To avoid overriding or superimposing the audio output from the ongoing subject proceedings, the broadcast or live streaming of the subject proceedings shall be without voice-overs, except for brief annotations of scenes depicted therein as may be necessary to explain them at the start or at the end of the scenes, which shall not distort the content or context of ...
