Manila, March 20 -- The International Criminal Court (ICC) is not aiming to document every single death linked to the Duterte administration's drug war but rather to establish a pattern of systematic violence through verifiable cases, a leader of the House of Representatives said Thursday.
House Assistant Majority Leader, Tingog Party-list Rep. Jude Acidre, made the remark in response to claims that the 43 cases cited by the ICC are too few to be meaningful, asserting that the number is enough to prove a pattern of systematic violence.
