Manila, April 11 -- Senate Deputy Minority Leader Risa Hontiveros on Friday welcomed President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s decision to veto a bill seeking to grant Filipino citizenship to Chinese national Li Duan Wang, calling the move "necessary and welcome."
