DUMAGUETE CITY, Oct. 2 -- A two day License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) Caravan by the Police Regional Office-7 (Central Visayas) in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental reeled off Wednesday at the Osmena Park, allowing locals to avail of its services instead of having to go to Cebu or Manila.

The caravan was requested by Tanjay City Mayor Rey Concepcion, Police Chief Master Sgt. Edilberto Euraoba III, spokesperson of the Negros Oriental Provincial Police Office (NOPPO), said on Tuesday.

Services being offered in the LTOPF Caravan include neuro-psychiatric examination, drug testing, and a Gun Safety Seminar, among others.
