Manila, June 12 -- The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) announced on Thursday it has been recognized as one of the top-performing agencies in the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA)'s Report Card Survey, given its digitalization measures.

In a statement, the pension fund for government employees said ARTA Director General Ernesto Perez praised the former's "heart-driven" approach to service and reform, describing, among others the GSIS Touch mobile app and online claims processing as a model for responsive and citizen-centered governance.
