Manila, Oct. 30 -- The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) achieved a 100 percent success rate in the 2025 Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Report Card Survey (RCS) 2.0, with all 10 of its surveyed branches receiving top marks for outstanding public service.

Out of 904 government agencies evaluated nationwide, only 59 were recognized, and GSIS accounted for 10 of those awardees.

The GSIS branches in Iloilo and General Santos received Gold Awards for earning "Excellent" ratings, the highest recognition given to government offices with scores between 95 percent and 100 percent.
