MANILA, Dec. 5 -- Malacanang on Friday said the government is open to hold a dialogue with transport group Manibela to address their grievances, including alleged issues with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and delays in jeepney registration papers.
Speaking to reporters, Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said the Department of Transportation (DOTr) has been ordered to carefully review Manibela's concerns.
"Kailangan din po itong maresolba; kung mayroon naman po talagang batayan ang kanilang reklamo, dapat po itong masolusyunan kaagad (This needs to be resolved. If there is indeed a basis to their complaints, these should be addressed immediately," Castro said.
