Manila, Nov. 3 -- The Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) is intensifying its campaign against online sexual abuse or exploitation of children (OSAEC) and child sexual abuse or exploitation materials (CSAEM) as the nation commemorates the 33rd National Children's Month this November.

In a Bagong Pilipinas interview on Monday, CWC Executive Director and Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Undersecretary Angelo Tapales said the month-long celebration aims to strengthen public awareness and encourage collective action to safeguard the rights of children.
