Manila, Feb. 19 -- Malacanang has directed all government agencies to take part in the commemoration of the 127th anniversary of the Philippine Independence.

The directive contained in Memorandum Circular (MC) 77 inked by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Feb. 13 covers all government agencies and instrumentalities, including government-owned or -controlled corporations.

The commemorative events for the Philippine Independence will be held from May 28 to June 12.

All local government units and the private sector are encouraged to extend full support and cooperation to the conduct of programs and activities in relation to the Independence Day celebration.
