Manila, Feb. 7 -- The ongoing distribution of fuel subsidy for public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers and operators is targeted for completion by the second quarter of 2025, a Department of Transportation official said.

Transportation Undersecretary Jesus Ortega said apart from the PUV modes covered under the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, the one-time cash grant will also cover tricycle drivers and delivery riders to cushion the impact of increase in fuel prices.
