Manila, Oct. 5 -- A total of 209,972 families (372,513 individuals) in Cebu province were affected by the magnitude 6.9 earthquake on Sept. 30, according to Situation Report No. 11 on Sunday morning.

Of the total, 26,140 families (5,270 individuals) were displaced.

Their priority needs are food and potable water; modular tents and shelter materials; hygiene kits and medical supplies; and water tankers and generators, according to the provincial government.

The Provincial Health Office has deployed WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) facilities, along with nutrition and medical assistance

The Emergency Operations Center at the capitol is open 24 hours.

There were also 71 confirmed fatalities, three missing and 592 injured.
