Manila, Feb. 17 -- The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) is putting the spotlight on 10 short films produced by budding filmmakers in the Margaha Film Festival of Sagay City, Negros Occidental province this month.

These films, originally featured in the festival's first five years since 2020, are being screened for free from Feb. 17 to 19 at the FDCP Cinematheque Centre Negros in this city.

"In an exciting collaboration with the Margaha Film Festival, we're bringing you a must-see lineup of 10 transformative films that dive deep into Sagay's vibrant culture," the FDCP said in a statement on Monday.
