Manila, March 31 -- House Speaker Martin Romualdez on Monday described Eid'l Fitr as a time for reflection, thanksgiving, and renewed faith following the month-long fasting of Ramadan, as he extended his greetings to Muslim Filipinos nationwide.

"This is a time of thanksgiving, reflection, and renewal of faith, as we celebrate the successful completion of the Holy Month of Ramadan," he said in a statement.
