Manila, June 16 -- The Eastern Visayas Regional Development Council (RDC) has endorsed 13 major programs and projects for funding support in 2022, the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) reported on Wednesday.
The RDC advisory committee endorsed these programs and projects in a recent virtual meeting with members of the House of Representatives in Eastern Visayas, NEDA Regional Director Bonifacio Uy said in a phone interview.
These projects are the completion of the Eastern Visayas Regional Medical Center in Tacloban City; upgrading of the Schistosomiasis Control and Research Hospital in Palo, Leyte; upgrading of Samar Provincial Hospital in Catbalogan City, Samar; and construction of the outpatient department of Southern Leyte...
