Manila, March 29 -- The easterlies will bring rains over several parts of the country, the weather bureau said Saturday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas

Meanwhile, Batanes and the Babuyan Islands will experience cloudy skies with rains due to the northeasterly wind flow.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
