MANILA, Jan. 26 -- Easterlies and northeast monsoon or "amihan" will bring cloudy with rains across the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said Caraga, Davao Region, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to easterlies.
Due to the northeast monsoon, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will continue to experience cold weather with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated light rains.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms due to easterlies.
