Manila, March 11 -- The equipment and machinery turned over to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) in Ilocos Region through the Shared Service Facility (SSF) program of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) from 2019 to 2024 have generated PHP7.4 million in sales.

DTI regional director Merlie Membrere, during the Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas forum hosted by the Philippine Information Agency Ilocos Region on Tuesday, said the program has also provided 695 jobs.

Membrere said a total of 333 facilities have been turned over to the 880 MSME and cooperative-beneficiaries in the region during the period.
