MANILA, Dec. 3 -- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian on Wednesday vowed to expand employment opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs) following the launch of the new DSWD-wide guidelines that guarantee inclusive hiring within the agency.
