Manila, April 9 -- As the government brings down the financial assistance to households that were heavily affected by the enhanced community quarantine brought about by the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has clarified some issues on the provision of the cash grants.
