Manila, Oct. 24 -- The National Police Commission (Napolcom) said Friday it has finished drafting a resolution on the administrative case against 12 police officers allegedly involved in the disappearance of sabungeros (cockfighting enthusiasts) between 2021 and 2022.

In an interview with reporters at the Napolcom office in Quezon City, Napolcom Vice Chairperson and Executive Officer Rafael Vicente Calinisan said they would wait for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to resolve the criminal aspect of the case first, before releasing their own resolution.
