Manila, Jan. 28 -- Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon on Monday promised to complete the unfinished infrastructure projects, including the ongoing segment and collapsed sections of the Metro Cebu Expressway (MCE) in Naga City, Cebu.

Dizon said the construction of the 4.55-kilometer segment of the expressway, which has been stalled for eight years, will be finished in five to six months upon the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

"As I have been saying for the past weeks, the directive of PBBM is that these projects that have not been completed for a long time, we need to finish them," Dizon told the media during his inspection of the MCE.
