MANILA, Nov. 27 -- Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary (DPWH) Vince Dizon echoed the challenge of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to resigned Ako Bicol Rep. Zaldy Co to return to the country and face the allegations against him regarding ghost and substandard flood control projects.
"Everyone, anyone can go on Facebook live. The test is, will he [Zaldy Co] come home or not? If he comes home, then the President said, we can face each other. Come home, face the music," Dizon said in a statement issued Wednesday.
