Manila, March 27 -- The Department of Science and Technology - Advanced Science and Technology Institute (DOST-ASTI) and the Aptos Foundation collaborated for the launch of the Hiraya Network in the Philippines on Thursday, aiming to empower more Filipino innovators and researchers, especially in the areas of blockchain technology and Web3.

By having the Hiraya Network in the country, startups, universities, and innovators will have the opportunity to connect with Aptos Foundation's network.

Through this, they will have wider access to funding opportunities, as well as training and upskilling.
