Manila, May 10 -- The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) said the submission of applications for the Covid-19 Adjustment Measures Program (CAMP) from workers in the tourism sector will end on Monday afternoon.
"Effective 5 p.m. May 10, 2021, the Department of Labor and Employment in coordination with the Department of Tourism shall cease to accept online applications for the financial assistance under the Covid-19 Adjustment Measures Program for the Tourism Sector," Secretary Silvestre Bello III said in Labor Advisory No. 10.
He added that the agency has reached the target number of beneficiaries and is now evaluating and processing payment of the pending applications.
