Manila, Dec. 30 -- The Department of Labor and Employment - Bureau of Working Conditions (DOLE-BWC) has reminded companies to submit their 13th-Month Pay Compliance Report by the middle of next month.

In a social media post on Tuesday, the bureau noted that employers have until Jan. 15, 2026 to comply with the order.

"This mandatory submission promotes transparency and compliance with labor laws," it said.

Private companies are ordered to submit their report online or through reports.dole.gov.ph.
