Manila, April 2 -- The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued a revised strategic performance management system (SPMS) for the office's performance evaluation system (PES).
"The SPMS is customized to meet the needs and uniqueness of the Department's operations is hereby issued to serve as basis for incentives, rewards, promotion, training and development, human resource actions, and administrative sanctions," Department Circular No. 008 read.
The circular was signed by Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla on March 25 and will take effect upon the approval of the Civil Service Commission.
