Manila, Nov. 10 -- The Department of Justice (DOJ) rescheduled to Friday the first preliminary investigation hearing into ghost flood control projects in Bulacan province originally scheduled for Monday.
"In view of the suspension of work in government offices due to Super Typhoon Uwan, the initial hearing for preliminary investigation originally scheduled on November 10, 2025 for the 5 cases related to flood control projects in Bulacan shall be moved to November 14, 2025 (Friday), at which time respondents will receive copies of the complaints," DOJ spokesperson Polo Martinez said in a message to reporters Monday.
