LEGAZPI CITY, March 22 -- The Department of Health - Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD) 5 (Bicol) has reminded the public to be cautious of their health and safety during the "Semana Santa" (Holy Week) observance and to reflect on what is good and beneficial for their well-being during their long work and school break.

In a media advisory on Friday, the health authority advised the public to practice health measures to prevent diseases and injury, including heat stroke or exhaustion, hypertension, drowning, and such diseases as sore eyes or conjunctivitis, cough and colds, skin diseases, and rabies.
