Manila, Nov. 11 -- Full restoration of power in areas affected by Super Typhoon Uwan (Fung-wong) is eyed within a month but priority will be given to critical infrastructure such as hospitals, command centers of various government agencies and local governments, banks and grocery stores.

Around 3.4 million households are currently without power which shows the storm's gravity of impact, Energy Secretary Sharon Garin said in an online briefing Tuesday.

She said the hardest hit areas are the Mountain Province, Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur.
