MANILA, Dec. 5 -- Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac has hailed the safe return of nine Filipino seafarers of MV Eternity C recently released by Houthi militants, as he confirmed that three died while one remained missing.

The nine seafarers arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 on Thursday evening via Oman Air Flight WY843, and were welcomed by the Cacdac, together with other government officials, and their families.
