LAOAG CITY, Dec. 18 -- The Department of the Interior and Local Government on Thursday urged all local government units in Ilocos Norte to established their own drug reformation centers in order to be declared as a drug-free province.

DILG provincial director Gerald Gallardo made the call following the conduct of the fourth quarter joint provincial peace and order council and provincial anti-drug abuse council (ADAC) meeting where he underscored the center's importance in sustaining government efforts to address drug menace in the community.
