Manila, Dec. 24 -- The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) has broadened the scope of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program in 2025 to make it more people-centered and responsive to the needs of low-income families.

In a news release Wednesday, DHSUD said the flagship housing program has been enhanced with new modalities to cater to all income brackets, moving beyond its initial focus on vertical or condominium-type developments that previously faced affordability challenges.
