Manila, June 2 -- More than 50,000 housing units have been committed by private developers to the recalibrated Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) said Monday.

In a news release, the DHSUD said these developers - Raemulan Lands Inc., (RLI), 8990/Deca Homes, and Fiesta Communities Inc. - are engaged in horizontal socialized housing developments.

The RLI Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Eileen Uy Doyle has vowed to allot 35,656 units in the provinces of Pampanga, Cavite, Bulacan and Laguna, while Fiesta chief executive officer (CEO) Christopher Ryan Tan committed at least 6,387 units and 8990/Deca Homes president and CEO Vincent Sotto pledged 9,498.
