Manila, Oct. 28 -- Nearly 1,000 families have received housing entitlements under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) said Tuesday.

In a statement, DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling said the distribution of Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) and land awards to qualified beneficiaries was among the highlights of the National Housing Expo 2025 where the agency showcased its inclusive shelter initiatives for low-income families.

About 925 families from five homeowners' associations benefitted from newly approved projects under the Social Housing Finance Corp.'s Enhanced Community Mortgage Program, Aliling said.
