Manila, March 16 -- The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) signed a memorandum of agreement with the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) on March 14 to strengthen policy and regulatory frameworks and promote fair competition in the housing sector.
The MOA establishes a framework for streamlined coordination, mutual support, and shared expertise between the two agencies, reinforcing the government's commitment to a more competitive and well-regulated housing sector.
DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar highlighted how crucial the collaboration is to strengthen the current administration's housing initiatives further.
